Best fit for roommate would be someone 24 - 34 years old with a full time job or school seeking a home, not a frat house environment. I have 2 spare rooms that I am offering for renters use only, which gives more personal space for your privacy. I converted my garage into a gym/training facility for boxing so if you are a fitness person, this is a great house for you. I am a professional artist/photographer so looking for a like minded person but not required to apply. A background check will be done for all applicants, so if you have felonies, violent crimes or larceny on your record then you should not apply. 1 good reference is needed as well.
